Karen Norris is a newly established female jazz and blues vocalist, based in Surrey. She is now enjoying rapid recognition as a live performer, taking her inspiration from a variety of singers including Etta James, Millie Jackson, Billie Holiday and contemporary artists such as Melody Gardot, Rumer, Adele and Amy Winehouse. Karen stretches the boundaries of jazz and blues to include strands of r&b and rock, her unique combination of vocal and emotional range is a rare talent.
